We will continue to follow the Tugboat of Hope story  and invite all to pass it  to all in the world. It is a historical happening. It demonstrates what real  local value added economies can do up through several levels of added value to the  retail or end user stage with it  possible to recyle the value addes levels back down to the raw product stage in a given community or society.  This Tugboat was also exported outside of the USA adding more value to the national economy  and is helping restored the American Dream not only in the USA but across the world. It is real world trade as historically practiced.
